The closing time of each lot will automatically extend an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. If there are only a few items a person would like to bid on put a watch on the item. Open House: Wednesday May 25th 9am-12Noon & Monday June 13th 3pm-6pm LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Thursday Wednesday June 15th 8am - 6pm. Pay at the auction site at pick up cash, credit card or check. Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid $800. It will raise the person with the high bid to $825.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted. Bid Increments: $1.00 to $100.00 is 1$. $101 to $1000.00 is $10. $1001.00 to $10,000.00 is $25.00. $10,001 and up is $100.00 AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Shipping is handled by RJ’s Shipping. RJ’s is a separate company and shipping payments must be taken care of separately from the auction. Shipping Charges are determined by the weight and size of your items, number of packages, and your delivery zip code. After Auction closes if you choose shipping, items will be picked up and transferred to the Shipping location for shipping. RJ’s will try and make initial contact within 2 days of receiving the items. Items will be insured for at least the purchase price unless using USPS First Class Mail. Shipping cost include: transportation from auction, normal packaging, and postage. If extra care or insurance is needed please contact the shipper before the item ships out. Items are sold "AS IS" condition with all faults and limitations, we will take care of each items but are not responsible if an item is damaged before shipping. All Claims are handled by RJ’S Shipping and must be submitted within 3 day of delivery If no contact has been made within 45 days than the items are forfeited and no refund will be given.
